These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Fresh Drops website and online shop, and the purchase of products from Fresh Drops ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Orders placed through our online shop are submitted to our sales team via WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once our sales team has acknowledged it and agreed on delivery and payment arrangements with you. Product availability, prices and delivery charges are confirmed at the time of ordering.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be communicated by our sales team when your order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Nairobi and surrounding areas. Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and are included in your order total at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and will be confirmed when your order is processed.

5. Product Quality

Our drinking water is produced through a five-stage purification process and certified to national standards. If you believe a product is defective or does not meet our quality standards, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate and resolve the matter.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or submitting enquiries, and not to misuse this website or its content.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Drops shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
